Our client, a large manufacturing public company located just East of Oshawa, is looking for a Controller for its Canadian Corporate office. This role directly reports into the General Manager for Canada and indirectly to the Corporate Controller in the US. The Controller is the top finance person in Canada and is responsible for the Finance Department and all its related functions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the role of Controller is a designated accounting professional (CA, CGA or CMA) who is fluently bilingual in French and English and who brings manufacturing industry experience and a strong understanding of operations. Candidates must have a strong background in financial reporting and a strong background in process improvement.
